My front door has an old style aluminum screen door. I’d like to replace it with a glass screen door so my dog can hang out there. Now, I’ve priced the doors and I’ve found one I like. Can I just hang it in the same holes? Do I have to hire someone? the door is $110 and HD wants $150 to hang it!! ri-diculous. Any help or advice is welcome!

If you can follow directions and can use tools find a helper and go for it. hard yes but can be done.

I got one from Lowe’s — same thing $148 for the door $115 to hang it.They come pre -hung ( in their own frame - so to speak) and the only part I needed help on was someone to hold the door itself on the last side .The directions come with it. and if you’re handy at all it’s pretty basic. You need a drill, electric ( preferably !) screwdriver , a level and a tape measure Good Luck !!!!!
