Door to December
February 15th, 2009 | by door |
She ends her life and enters a place where every door leads to reliving her own death.
This is something I made in 3 days. This came out so strange and melodramatic I had surprised myself, and I am responsible for every bit of this.
I don’t expect any one to understand this, because it’s something that can’t be understood. This is just a really bizarre short film for the sake of artistic purposes from a person who has been watching too many Japanese horror movies.
TL;DR- Girl dies, things go batshit.
Saturday evening pass into Sunday morning.
You lie on the ground of the bathroom,
cowered like an embryo.
In your black dress you look like a dirty puddle
On this glaring white floor.
You never really knew what you had done.
Was not able to realize.
But you love it.
It was your inner wish to enter this world,
to learn what others cannot see.
But is it what you wanted to see?
Destruction of this little soul?
You forced her become a murderer,
doesn’t like herself.
Frightened about opening the door,
The door to December.
Now you lie on the ground of the bathroom,
cowered like an embryo.
Frightened about your own creation.
Your way of life.
In your black dress you look like a dirty puddle
On the glaring white floor.
Waiting until she comes back,
to let you know about your might.
About the might of December.

Not really Stanley Kubrick. It’s more confusing like a David Lynch, David Cronenberg, or David Firth video.

That was one of the most fantastical Mini Movie Shorts I’ve ever watched. I’m totally blown away. This is only one step to greatness. We will be hearing and reading about you soon the rite of passage to Kubrick passes to you. I knew after doing the photoshoot up in NH with you, on the motorcycle, you have this ‘gift’ this is only another sliver of your creativity. WOW, so rarely as I amazed and shocked…….This needs to be seen by the powers that move.

XxElectroLoveKidxX: I was thinking that this was reminiscent of the Silent Hill 3 (video game) soundtrack.

that was awesome. the shooting and various other sound effects sounded like they came from Doom 64 for N64. very nice work.
