How much would it cost to have a new rear door (including fitting) for a Honda Accord?

My rear door is scratched and dented inwards, and I’ve been told it needs a new door. Does anyone know the exact cost of the part? I was quoted £140 from a friend who can get me a door, spray it and fit it. Is that a good price?
It is a saloon, so by rear door I mean one of the side doors.
