Why does my front door suddenly can’t close or open properly without scraping at the frame?

It’s like the door no longer fits properly in the frame. This happened to my previous house as well, cabinet door, front door, etc.

If weather is the cause, will the condition reverse once dryer days return?

the house is moving.it could be from the frost in the ground making it do that, especially if its an old rock foundation house.

just the change in the weather can’t do any thing about that but when it warms back up it will open and close easier

this will be the expanding of the timber, the door has not been treated to the right moisture content and so when weatherd it expands, go fo a good hardwood door like oak or teak or good old pvc.
