That is bcz air particles in the room vibrates shaking the glass in the door.

Because the vibrations in the air caused by the slamming of your door affect the thin glass because of several reasons. for example, it’s flat and large I imagine, so lot’s of surface for the force to apply on. secondly, it’s thin, so it vibrates easily.

If you open one door you should feel a slight vacuum. When you shut the door the vacuum it cut off and the air is displaced pushing air into the building. For a short moment the air pressure it higher. This causes a slight outward push till it evens out.
Have you ever shut the door to a new car? Most are so air tight that sometimes the door won’t shut completely all the time. It helps to ***** a window or slam the door. If you slam it many times you get a shot to the ears.
